Introduction to Hypnosis
When you think of hypnosis, the image of a swinging watch comes to mind thanks to the exaggeration made by movies and stage hypnotists. The actual experience is very relaxing and easy to create. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that you experience everyday. The trance or altered state is experienced when the critical mind (chatterbox) is relaxed so that you can access subconscious information. Hypnosis is not sleep but an extraordinary sense of relaxation. During the trance state you are still conscious and have the capacity to reject any suggestion that does not match your will. You are in total control of what goes in your mind with a highly-trained, certified hypnotherapist as opposed to your everyday life. Since you go in and out of trance everyday, you cannot possibly filter out every unwanted message from songs, television, movies and even the news. The hypnotic experience is not only safe but extremely relaxing and enjoyable.

Hypnosis is just a tool. The real magic comes from inside of you and shifting your mind to create a new experience in your life. If you see something that is not showing up in your life, there is a great possibility that you have a limiting belief in your subconscious mind preventing it from manifesting.

As a Certified Hypnotic-Coach, I can help you identify and release those limiting beliefs and replace them with positive ideas. You will see life reflected back to you with more peace, health, abundance and love.
